Dr. Cedeño is a certified Oncologist Surgeon from the prestigious National Medical Center 20 de Noviembre at Mexico City, he started his oncology medical career at Tijuana since 1991.
With 33 years of experience, Dr. Cedeño learned to combine both orthodox and alternative medicine offering the cancer patients a better chance from a totally different perspective. Additionally, Dr. Cedeño keeps performing Oncology surgeries and exploring new techniques such as HIPEC for abdominal cancers.

Christian Martínez, MD
Dr. Christian Martinez finished his medical training at Universidad de Xochicalco, Tijuana, Mexico in 2010. He is a very young talented doctor, he started working in a Holistic facility in the middle 2010s and after a couple of years decides to become part of St. Andrews clinic.
Dr. Martinez is a valuable support for our clinic working hard and dedicated to our patients. Now a day became now a day became an expert in the functional integrative medicine field. He has a medical advance preparation in advance cardiac life support and EKG.
Dr. Martinez experience with St. Andrews Clinic is for about 6 years, knowing and practicing with absolutely confidence all of our clinical approaches.

Board certified in Internal Medicine.
Medical formation as a General Practitioner in Universidad UABC and Internal Medicine in Hospital General de Tijuana. Medical Expertise in diagnosis and treatment of metabolic and infectious diseases, oncological and critically ill patients. 10 years’ experience in private and public government medical institutions in Tijuana.
Dr. Heredia started collaborating with St. Andrews Clinic since 2022 as on call doctor when it’s important to have a second opinion or when the team consider it’s important to have the expertise in patients with metabolic or cardiovascular disorders. He speaks fluid English as well.

These two wonderful ladies both registered nurses have a vast experience in alternative medicine for at least 30 years, bilingual, they used to work at Santa Monica Hospital at Rosarito Beach since 1990 until 2008, they are cofounders of St. Andrews clinic since 2010.
Their experience includes the field of IV therapies like Chelation, High doses vitamin C, DMSO, Hydrogen peroxide, Laetrile, fractionated tailored low dose chemotherapy IPT, etc. Also, their skill in peripheral veins access and central catheters like subclavian, PICC or Power ports is excellent. They are gentle, professional, and kind.
